This page is for administrator requests. Please read below to see what should and should not be requested.
What should be requested
- The protection/unprotection of a page. Pages should be requested to be protected in any of the following scenarios: high traffic page, high vandalism history, protecting a page to calm down an edit war, or repeated vandalism. Page protection can also be requested by adding the
{{Protect|Reason}}
template. Add the name of the requested page in the Requests section of this page. - The deletion of a page. Pages should be requested to be deleted in any of the following scenarios: vandalism page, unrelated article, articles about players, spam pages, or offensive pages. Page deletion can also be requested by adding the
{{Delete|Reason}}
template on the article. Add the name of the requested page in the Requests section of this page. - Moving/renaming protected pages and files. Due to the misuse of the move tool by vandals, some pages may be protected from being renamed from someone other than an administrator.
- Minor edits to protected pages.
- Announcements that are intended to be across the whole wiki. This appears on MediaWiki:Sitenotice, and should be something that would be of interest to the whole community.
- General questions to the administrators of this wiki. You may get a faster reply by leaving a message on one of our administrator's talk pages.
What should not be requested
- Reporting vandalism. This can be done at HabboWiki:Report Vandalism.
- Requests to become an administrator. Information about applying to become an administrator can be found at HabboWiki:Requests for adminship.
